At The House of 444, we want you to love every piece you purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the exchange process as smooth as possible.

Important Guidelines:

  1. Initiate within 7 days:
    Please notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange or return.

  2. Condition of items:
    Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Any product showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

  3. Pre-approval required:
    All exchanges and returns must be approved by our customer service team before sending the items back. Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  4. Exchange availability:
    Once approved, we’ll process your exchange or replacement based on product availability.

  5. One-time exchange policy:
    Each order is eligible for one exchange only. Multiple exchanges for a single purchase are not permitted.

  6. Price adjustments:
    If there is a difference in the price between the original and exchanged item, it will be adjusted accordingly.

  7. Store credit:
    In cases where the requested exchange product is out of stock, we will issue a store credit of the same value for future purchases.
