Important Guidelines:

Initiate within 7 days:
Please notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange or return. -
Condition of items:
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Any product showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted. -
Pre-approval required:
All exchanges and returns must be approved by our customer service team before sending the items back. Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted. -
Exchange availability:
Once approved, we’ll process your exchange or replacement based on product availability. -
One-time exchange policy:
Each order is eligible for one exchange only. Multiple exchanges for a single purchase are not permitted. -
Price adjustments:
If there is a difference in the price between the original and exchanged item, it will be adjusted accordingly. -
Store credit:
In cases where the requested exchange product is out of stock, we will issue a store credit of the same value for future purchases.
