Exchange & Return Guidelines

Initiate within 7 days

Please notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange or return.

Condition of Items

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
Any product showing signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted.

Pre-Approval Required

All exchanges and returns must be approved by our customer service team before sending the items back.
Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Availability

Once approved, we will process your exchange or replacement based on product availability.

One-Time Exchange Policy

Each order is eligible for one exchange only. Multiple exchanges for a single order are not permitted.

Price Adjustments

If there is a difference in price between the original and exchanged item, it will be adjusted accordingly.

Store Credit

If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit of the same value for future purchases.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
However, requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.
